For this school lunch I decided to pack some muffins in my daughters lunch box instead of a sandwich. I found a great recipe for healthy Dark Chocolate Chip Whole Wheat Banana Bread Muffins on this website where there's tons of ideas for healthy recipes that kiddos love.
So other than the muffins I packed:
- some kiwi and strawberries
- RW Garcia 3 Seed Sweet Potato Crackers in a cute little rectangular reusable baking cup, I also packed some Montchevre pumpkin goat cheese to spread on them
- some Glutino yogurt covered pretzels, also in a reusable baking cup for added cuteness
